BORAGE

  • Borage, which has hairy leaves and stems, gets its name from the word ‘burra,’ which means hairy garment.

  • The leaves, stems and flowers of borage are all edible!

  • Boil for 2 minutes, strain liquid, dip in batter and deep fry for a delicious crunchy snack.
