Organic gardens (gardens that use no chemicals) are the best sites for attracting praying mantises. Create a bug-friendly environment by planting cosmos, yarrow and marigolds.

Praying mantises do not have jumping hind legs and catch their prey with their front legs. They eat live prey and are able to camouflage themselves.
